Unimpressed by over 150 years of history, the stylish Boker Barlow pocket-knife carries the legacy of the popular model series into the future with a modern zeitgeist. Only the best materials, the finest craftsmanship and 1869% passion go into the BRLW. The style is defined by the ball-bearing clip-point blade hand-forged by Chad Nichols from non-szainless meteorite Damascus, a composite of real iron meteorite and carbon steel, which advances into new spheres with its breathtaking “Mosaic Crossed Damascus Pattern”. The optically contrasting and precision-milled titanium handle seamlessly follows on from this, suggesting the extra-long bolster of the classic Barlow models in the front area and lovingly picking up on the irregular nature of a meteorite with its characteristic texture in the rear handle area, while at the same time conveying a pleasant feel. A discreetly integrated framelock with hardened lockbar insert locks the blade. The discreet flipper, which disappears completely when open, and the flat, milled titanium-clip (tip-up/r) contribute to the elegant appearance, while the Boker tree decoratively adorns the pivot screw on the front. The lanyard hole at the end of the handle provides additional carrying options. The Boker BRLW Meteorite Damascus comes in a high-quality felt sheath. Shaped from tradition, the Damascus Annual Knife cites the Boker TRPPR (pronounced: trapper) as an extraordinary gentleman's folder that carries the spirit of the successful original Trapper into a new era. Although reduced to the essentials, the pocket-knife lacks nothing. The ball-bearing blade made from 100-layer Damascus, hand-forged in the USA by Chad Nichols in the Stainless Meadow pattern, opens silky smoothly with a flipper, while the elegant integral framlock with overtravel stop reliably secures the knife. The hand-flattering titaniumhandle body with its clean look forms a successful contrast to the blade and underlines the guiding principle of contemporary knife culture. Decorative accents are provided by the thermally colored screws, including the pivot screw, where the famous Boker tree mark immediately catches the eye, as well as the titanium clip (tip-up/r) with ball, milled from solid.
