The Sioux is a very fine skinner knife, which is supplied with finest Olive Wood handle. The steel has a Rockwell hardness of 57-58 HRC. A high quality brown leather is included and belongs to this beautiful knife.

Nitro 42 steel is a special steel alloy with a high carbon content. This steel is, therefore extra hardened / tempered and keeps a longer cutting life. A high-quality leather sheath belongs to this beautiful Full Tang hunting knife.
