The Puma Cougar collector knife, is probably one of the most elegant hunting knives ever. The "Cougar wood" knife is a real designer piece that cuts just as fine a figure in use as it does in the collector's showcase - from PUMA Solingen.
The "cougar" model was designed by Richard Hehn, one of Germany's most renowned knifemakers. For decades in the PUMA program, it has not lost its myth to this day.
The blade is made of the stainless steel DIN 1.4112 and hardened up to 57 HRC.
The construction of the knife is also a special feature: The blade and the one-piece handle manufactured in the steel investment casting process are separate elements that are joined together in a special process. For this purpose, the blade has a short flat, which is taken up by the handle through an opening and riveted firmly there. Subsequently, the rivet joint on both sides is provided with a polished steel cap, which bears our company logo, the well-known rhombus with the head of the Puma.
Specifications:
Steel: 440B / 55-57 HRC Blade length: 6.496” inch / 165 mm Total length: 11.417” inch / 290 mm Handle length: 4.921” inch / 125 mm Handle scales: Plum Wood Blade thickness: 5.5 mm Overall weight 320 gr.
The Puma"Dagga" is a heavy, robust and yet shapely hunting knife that is not too bad for any task - from PUMA Solingen.
Knives used for hunting should have good stability. This insight was consistently implemented in our PUMA "dagga". The result is a heavy hunting all-rounder with a strong flat-ground blade whose full tang is fitted with voluminous buffalo horn scales. A guard made of solid nickel silver serves as hand protection. These features make the "dagga" model suitable for heavier cutting tasks and will not let its owner down in any situation.
A brief explanation of the name of the knife: “Dagga Boy” is a term used mainly in the context of safaris in Africa to describe an old, solitary male buffalo. The word “dagga” comes from Zulu and means mud, referring to the preference of these buffalo to spend time in muddy waters to protect themselves from insects, among other things. Dagga Boys are known for their unpredictability and can be quite dangerous. Such a strong name for a powerful hunting knife!
Since we process natural products, optical deviations between knife illustration and the originals are possible.

We from Dream-Knives proudly present the PUMA Nimrod "Hirschhorn" a special edition limited to 255 pieces for the 255th anniversary. Each knife is made by hand in Solingen and is numbered, making it an exclusive collector's item.
The PUMA Nimrod, formerly manufactured from 1981 to 1989, is not only a timeless masterpiece, but also an important piece of knife history. Under the direction of Schweisshundführer Fisseler, the nimrod actually shared the identical blade with the woad blade according to OFM Frevert. However, a subtle, ergonomic adjustment was made to the handle shape, giving the nimrod a unique feel.
The crucial difference between the two models lies in the guard element made of nickel silver. The PUMA nimrod presents itself as an interceptor knife for big game that not only combines tradition and functionality, but also focuses on the needs of the user.
The PUMA Nimrod embodies premium craftsmanship and the values that PUMA has stood for for over two centuries. The blade made of high-quality steel offers outstanding performance, while the selected stag horn handle scales give the knife a special elegance. The handle design is a tribute to tradition and elegance. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a knife of unparalleled quality and function. The scope of delivery includes a handmade leather sheath as well as a certificate and a high-quality, decorative wooden box.

German PUMA ROBUSTER Outdoor Knife
- Made in Solingen / Germany -
Introduction:
The Robuster is designed especially for the huge tasks in the wild. It is the best knife for multi-purpose tasks. It works both as a camping knife, as well as as a tool for gutting big game. The ergonomic handle provides a safe handling of the blade. This knife design is a successful synthesis of traditional Asian and European forms, combined with own first-hand experience. The Robuster combines history, elegance, and practicality. Everything that interferes with the performance, like a long ricasso, a paring rod, or a clumsy grip, has been avoided to create a utility knife with extraordinarily high useability. The stylistic base of the handle is taken from a well-prooven European saber grip design of the early 19th century and promises a secure grip even under difficult circumstances. In contrast to conventional knife handles, the rear circumference of this handle is significantly thinner, to let all fingers completely encompass the handle. The perfect combination of history and functionality. The knife blade shows a curved widening at the front, inspired by the forms of the Filipino Bolo Knives.
Its total length is 319 mm. The blade is 193 mm long and 5 mm thick and made from reliable Böhler steel N690 – 1.4528, a very durable steel that is easy to sharpen. The handles are made of walnut wood. The Robuster comes with a leather "quiver sheath", which is attachable in multiple ways. We are committed to quality and provide each knife with a unique serial number and a “Made in Solingen” label.
Alternative handle: White Micarta (SKU.: 141000)
Specifications:

The PUMA "Wildtöter" is an old classic, which was already designed half a century ago for hunting tracking and still belongs to the necessary equipment of the hunter - from PUMA Solingen.
The PUMA "wildtöter" is characterized by its long, narrow and pointed blade, which finds its use when intercepting game. The knife was created in its original form back in 1975 in collaboration with welding dog handler Tassius. In the meantime, we have revised the "wildtöter" according to new ergonomic findings and also made the entire blade more stable. Thus, this high-quality and beautifully designed hunting knife not only meets the requirements of tracking, but also reliably performs many other tasks in the hunting area.
