“The Felin was created to equip the operators of the French Police RAID groups, Research Assistance Intervention Dissuasion, and BRI, team of research and intervention, from the central direction of Judicial Police. “Felin” is the name given to the security entity which brings together these two units in relation to their emblem, the panther for the RAID and the tiger for the BRI.”
