Muela Viking.J-11M Bushcraft Knife

Muela offers the Viking as their Scandi grind knife. The traditional Nordic grind goes from full blade width down to zero without any more facets. This creates an extremely sharp and relatively sturdy blade. The grind offers many advantages, especially for bushcraft tasks such as working with dry wood over longer periods. Another advantage is that the Scandi grind is easy to sharpen. The entire blade can simply be placed on a whetstone to sharpen it. The correct angle is maintained automatically. The blades are made from reliable stainless steel 1.4116, which offers a balance of edge retention, easy sharpening and toughness.
The Viking Black Micarta features a modern, more pronounced handle design. The black Micarta scales with finger choils make the knife perfectly suited for hunting- or tactical tasks. The black saddle leather sheath can be worn vertically or horizontally on the belt.

The design of the Viking Black Micarta draws much inspiration from traditional Scandinavian knives. The matching handle scales are made from Black Micarta. The included fire starter - also has a Black Micarta handle and points to the knife's primary purpose as a bushcraft tool. The fire starter can be carried in a loop on the brown embossed leather sheath.

German PUMA Phoenix Bowie Hunting Knife

Introduction:

The "Phoenix" belongs to a type of knife that was already known well over one hundred and fifty years ago in the vastness of the North American prairie and still carries the typical feel of the "Wild West" - from PUMA Solingen.

From the series of PUMA Bowie knives comes our model "phoenix". This knife with its forged blade does every trapper credit. It is a real all-rounder. The 7 mm thick full tang blade made of stainless 1.4116 steel reaches a hardness of 55-57 HRC and is therefore up to any task. A solid parry element keeps the working hand away from the blade. The handle scales made of warp-free pakka wood with a catch strap eyelet fit perfectly and securely in the hand. This high quality knife is carefully handcrafted in Solingen, Germany. A sturdy saddle leather sheath is included.

With the ROTWILDMESSER PUMA has not skimped on the material. The extraordinarily stable blade was designed for tough applications. It is made of the proven 1.4110 steel and has a back thickness of 4 mm! Solid nickel silver fittings act as a parrying element, neatly joined by scales made of selected stag horn material. A hand-sewn sheath made of the best saddle leather allows for easy transport of the 380 g knife. The exceptionally strong blade was designed for tough use. The PUMA "Wildtöter" is an old classic, which was already designed half a century ago for hunting tracking and still belongs to the necessary equipment of the hunter - from PUMA Solingen.

The PUMA "wildtöter" is characterized by its long, narrow and pointed blade, which finds its use when intercepting game. The knife was created in its original form back in 1975 in collaboration with welding dog handler Tassius. In the meantime, we have revised the "wildtöter" according to new ergonomic findings and also made the entire blade more stable.
