Introduction:
Franz-Albrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg – Hunting tradition meets modern practice.
Franz-Albrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg, born on 16 September 1982 in Munich, comes from the traditional noble family of Oettingen-Spielberg. He was introduced to hunting at an early age by his father, a passionate hunter and successful shooter in the Olympic trap discipline. He developed a high level of shooting skill and hunting precision at an early age.
His great passion is driven hunt, especially for wild boar. With his exceptional shooting technique, his instinct for game and his lived hunting ethics, he has made a name for himself throughout Europe. Today, he is considered one of the best-known and most accomplished hunters in Europe, combining tradition with modern hunting methods.
FAOS explains his decision to choose the PUMA 4-piece hunting pocket knife model as follows: "I always carry the PUMA hunting pocket knife (item no. 210311) with me as an additional backup. This compact multi-purpose knife proves to be an invaluable aid, especially when hunting roe deer, which often involves stalking, long hours in a hide or trips abroad. With a blade, gutting blade, saw and corkscrew, it offers everything a hunter needs on the go. It is easy to carry, quick to use and covers many smaller tasks – from spontaneous cuts and cutting branches to everyday hunting needs."
In this exceptional Franz-Abrecht zu Oettingen-Spielberg (FAOS) edition, you will receive the PUMA hunting pocket knife with a cognac-coloured leather sheath and press stud. You will also find the FAOS logo and an individual knife number on the back of the main blade (The knives are numbered consecutively. The numbers are assigned after the order is received. It is therefore not possible to choose a specific number).
As we work with natural products, variations in colour and structure are possible – each knife is unique.
